How the application process works at G+D
Step 1: Application
Submit your documents directly via our careers portal – simple, digital and fast. You can also upload relevant documents such as your CV and ideally your degree certificate.
Step 2: Feedback
You will receive timely feedback on your application. If your profile fits, we will invite you to an initial interview.
Step 3: Professional interview
In the first interview we want to learn more about you and give you an insight into your future role. This is followed by a further interview with your future team. At least one of the two interviews will take place in person so that we can get to know each other face to face.
After the interviews we make a quick decision. If both sides agree, you will receive an offer from us. Our HR team will coordinate the next steps.
Step 5: Onboarding
Your next career step at G+D begins with structured onboarding. This includes an introductory event with networking opportunities, in-depth induction in your department and personal support through our mentoring program.
